The content in the form of texts, graphics, pictures, and otherwise, of this site's many pages(except for any and all advertising material placed herein, and/or content placed on the pages of this site from any company that is used to power certian pages herein) are owned and maintained by SpringWell of Hope Ministries, Intl. sm (hereafter mentioned as SWHM), with offices at 242 North Weldon Street, Marion, Kentucky, 42064, and in association with Baughman Media Group.

All text, graphics, and content otherwise, connected to any and all links (outside of SWHM pages) are still under the direction and control of the person, persons, or organization(s) who own and/or maintain any and all said links. No belief, idea, discussion, and/or any other form of expression, whether in the form of text and/or graphics, or otherwise, from any and all links connected with this web site and its many pages, should be construed as those of SWHM.

SWHM created this Ministry web site for all who wish to surf the internet without being confronted with sites that indulge in or accept content which is against personal, Christian, and/or family values.

'SpringWell of Hope Ministries' declares a Service Mark, which legally considers the 'Name' to be the sole property of SWHM, and may be used only by SpringWell of Hope Ministries and any church, ministry, mission, etc, which may at any time become affiliated with SWHM.

All terms and conditions are listed below and all must be accepted before requesting the addition of, or linking, a site to any page of any web site, and/or its ministry links page. SWHM personnel, in association with Baughman Media Group, will check each site's contents, texts, and/or graphics, etc. Sites that do not meet the requirements listed below will not be posted to our web site, no questions asked.

Unacceptable Material

We will not accept nor tolerate any site with content, graphics, and/or otherwise, or a link to any site with content, text, graphics, and/or otherwise, as listed hereunder:

Nudity - - any content which promotes and/or reveals nudity whatsoever, texts, graphics, picture, or otherwise. The promotion of such will not be tolerated. The only mention of nudity permitted will be in a Chritian, medical, news articles, and/or biblical format, e.g.-scripture verse(s), Bible based publication, medical journal and/or publication, etc.

Sex, alternative lifestyles, pornography, and all other such adult themes - - any content, texts, graphics, pictures or otherwise. The promotion of such will not be tolerated. The only mention permitted will be in a Christian, news, medical, and/or biblical format.

Cult, Wicca, 'So Called christian wicca', Spiritualism, psychic(s), and such of this type, and/or any similar themes - - We will not add ANY site which condones, discusses, promotes, induces and/or encourages others to anything such as mentioned along with its relationships/partnerships. There is not, nor has ever been, and never will be, a 'christian wicca' in the eyes of the Only One and True God.

Drugs, Tobacco, Alcohol, Firearms - - any content with texts, graphics, pictures, or otherwise, leading to and the promoting of killing of another human, killing of animals without just cause, violence in any way and/or manner; connected to a site with the aforementioned;, or encouragement thereof. Sites with such will not be listed. The only sites which will get added to SWHM web site are those that portray the dangers thereof, and/or containing Christian and logical viewpoints of, news, etc. (SWHM is not against the use of certian firearms if used in the manner in which the product was intended, and that which is lawful, but we do not condone and/or otherwise encourage the misuse of any firearm whatsoever, but have nothing against hunting with a weapon to provide food.) If your hobby is the making of a bomb - forget it.

Foul language, swearing, cursing - - any content with texts, graphics, pictures, or otherwise, or the promoting of such will not be listed.

Hatred - - sites portraying and/or instituting hatred and hate, gang and/or gang activity, etc. Includes but is not limited to hate and hatred of any type in texts, graphics, pictures, or otherwise, toward or against another human, tribe, creed, race, color of skin, religion, ethnic background, United States of America and/or any state and possession therein, or any country.

Violence and criminal activity - - includes any and all in the format of texts, graphics, pictures, or otherwise, which intices, induces and/or encourages others to, or portrays such. The only exeption here are any and all news captions connected to a site engine, any and all discussions about such in a logical and/or christian-like manner, and the like.

Sites will not be tolerated and will be removed from the web site if there are statments and/or remarks made against (including but not limited to) God, Jesus, the Bible (and all contents therein), Christians, Christianity, religion (and/or all religious themes), the government of the United States of America (and/or any state therein), the Constitution of the USA, any race, creed, color of skin, ethnic background, disabilities, belief, etc.

SWHM has the right to change any and/or all content on this Terms and Conditions page, as well as any and all content under our control, without notice. Some SWHM owned content may be copied and printed for personal and/or church use. All devotionals on our ministry site may be copied, printed and handed out to others as 'free' as long as the SWHM copyright is somewhere on the printed copy. None of the content from SWHM pages, whether search engine and directory, or ministry site, may be copied and sold, and a profit made thereof. Our newsletters may be copied, reprinted, etc. and distributed freely. No profit may be made thereof. The blessings God passes to us freely. We pass them along freely! All contents and graphics owned and maintained by SWHM remain the property of SWHM. When copying and/or printing any of our material please be sure to add our copyright and our Ministry name somewhere on each page.
