SWHM knows that you care how information about you is handled, and we appreciate your trust and want you to feel confident in our services and security as it relates to your personal information. What Personal Information About Customers Does SWHM Gather?

The information we receive from visitors helps us to continually improve your web experience at SWHM. Here are the types of information we gather.

Information You Give Us: We do not keep a running and open database of visitors to our web site. We do however store data for parts of our site that require login and password information such as member sites and ministerial study courses login and password. Login information that is stored is encrypted and we cannot retreive such information if you lose it. All data regarding any donations, tithes, offerings, and items purchased are handled by a very reliable outside source (PayPal-extra encryption inserted into code).

Automatic Information: SWHM does not collect and store any data automatically using 'cookies' or other tracking scripts or programs. We do use a tracker for robots and search engine referrals, but personal data is never seen nor stored on our site, or a link site.

E-mail Communications: To help us make e-mails more productive and to improve service, as well as your web experience, SWHM does collect data regarding email addresses so we can send newsletters to people who have signed up to receive them. This is also true regarding other services and products, notifications of changes to our policies, and order confirmations. You will only receive e-mail from us when you request information from us, or sign up for the monthly newsletter, request regular email updates, etc. You will never receive email from us that is unsolicited.

Does SWHM Share the Information It Receives?

We respect your privacy and at no time do we ever provide your account contact or payment information to any third party, associate, or service provider unless absolutely necessary in order to complete your transaction and order. We never sell, trade, give, or otherwise distribute your personal information to anyone.

How Secure Is Information About Me?

The information that is stored on this site such as login and passwords are encrypted, and held in a secure database which cannot be accessed by the public. nNothing is stored on flat files. All payment transactions are acquired through PayPal. It has become a highly trusted processor and we use the highest encryption code in our payment forms. We do not retrieve or store any financial information in our database. Also, all of our login sites (or registered areas) are password protected.

Which Information Can I Access?

When you register as a member to one of our portals (member only sites) SWHM gives you access to a range of information about your account and your interactions with us for the limited purpose of viewing and, in certain cases, updating that information. The only information you will have access to is what you give for reasons of acquiring membership. We do not retrieve or store any other information about you in our database. After you register for our ministers area or any of the study courses you will be able to go in to that area and change your personal information as you wish.

Conditions of Use, Notices, and Revisions

If you choose to visit SWHM, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, federal, and international, which may apply. As our ministry changes, our Privacy Notice may change also. You should check our Web site frequently to see recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Notice applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers.
