What Personal Information About Customers Does SWHM Gather?

We do however store data for parts of our site that require login and password information such as member sites and ministerial study courses login and password. All data regarding any donations, tithes, offerings, and items purchased are handled by a very reliable outside source (PayPal-extra encryption inserted into code).


  • Automatic Information: We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with our website. For example, like many web sites, we sometimes use "cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses our website. These cookies are only used to determine tracking and web site counts. There is no personal information transferred by the cookies to any database. The information received from you lets us know where our visitors are from (country, state), length of visits, and other www data that helps us in better developing our web site.


  • E-mail Communications: To help us make e-mails more productive to improve service and your web experience, we sometimes send you newsletters of our services and products, notifications of changes to our policies, and order confirmations. How Secure Is Information About Me?

Since the SWHM web site does not presently use SSL (secure Socket) transmission we use a payment processor other than our web site. This is acquired through PayPal. It has become a highly trusted processor and we use the highest encryption code in our payment forms. We do not retrieve or store any financial information in our database.

Which Information Can I Access?

When you register as a member to one of our portals (member only sites) SWHM gives you access to a range of information about your account and your interactions with us for the limited purpose of viewing and, in certain cases, updating that information. The only information you will have access to is what you give for reasons of acquiring membership. We do not retrieve or store any other information about you in our database.
