One night while lying in bed I heard this phrase keep repeating over in my head. "Quit faking it till you make it". After a few minutes I questioned God on what that phrase meant. The Holy Spirit began to quicken my spirit with the following.
For decades now we have been being told by Ministers that we need to fake it till we make it! The Holy Spirit said No we don't! In the process of faking it till we make it we end up prostituting what God has actually promised us.
We have been told to live as though we were prosperous. If that meant to go into debt and get what God has promised us, oh well, then do so. When what God really wanted was for us to "Seek ye first the Kingdom of Heaven, and all these things shall be added to you." See we have sought the things rather than God. In so doing we have put the cart before the horse.

God gives us a prophecy of what is going to be happening in our lives and immediately we go out and strive to make this happen. Why? Prophecies are given to foretell coming events, describe past events and are meant to encourage us. When we are given a prophecy it is meant to encourage us not meant for us to focus on making it happen.
Step back from trying to make things happen and began to worship and seek God on a more personal level and you will see the promises brought to pass. Sometimes that means being still and not moving and seeming stagnant to others. What they don't know is that God knows where you are and who you are if you are a worshiper. God doesn't need our help to bring His Promises to pass!!!
