Benefits of a Spiritual Covering

SpringWell of Hope Ministries Intl is a Five-fold Christian ministry proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ around the world. We are a non-denominational ministry based in western Kentucky, in association with churches in several countries. You can learn more about us by reading our Statement of Faith and a little about Our Ministry.

Churches and ministries that have a spiritual covering relationship with SWHM will receive a Church Charter. A Church Charter is a Certificate that states the charter information for your church. We also send an affiliate church a document which defines the privileges that your church will enjoy.

The church leadership may or may not wish to become ordained through SWHM, but it would be helpful. If you are a minister wanting to plant (start) a church and looking for a ministry to have a spiritual connection with, don't hesitate to contact us.

We have one online Bible Study Course: Street Ministry Training. The next is a course people will take before ordination through SWHM. After that we intend to add courses that all church leaders will want to take.

What are the advantages of becoming affiliated with SpringWell of Hope Ministries?

1. You will be part of a growing ministry with a worldwide presence.

2. We will sow into your ministry with spiritual encouragement by providing teaching tools and other material as they are developed.

3. As your ministry's covering, we will provide directives and guidance, which will assist you in many aspects of your ministry's growth.

4. You, or others, of your ministry may be invited to travel with us, or on our behalf, to other parts of the country or world for evangelism and to give spiritual encouragement to ministers of the gospel.

5. We hold a 501-c-3 non profit status, but this cannot be extended to any churches chartered through SWHM. We advise each church or ministry to be sure if you are going to have outreach programs that require this status, and possibly apply for your own 501-c-3 non profit status through the IRS. Note that religious ministries (churches) are automatically exempt. You do not need this status for a church.

6. As an independant church, you will be able to continue to use your present ministry name, and function as before in many ways. Some ministries decide to change the name of the ministry (such as: SpringWell of Hope - Nairobi; and SpringWell of Hope - Congo. Since SWHM is not a mail order church or ministry chartering service, there are a few things that any ministry must be able to meet.
